The Reserve at Centerra
Loveland, CO

Interwest served as project manager for this 13-acre affordable housing project in the master planned Centerra development by McWhinney Enterprises in Loveland, Colorado. The project included Preliminary and Final infrastructure design for 152 residential units in 13 buildings, with a clubhouse. Special design criteria were implemented to preserve the Highway 34 sight corridors of the Front Range and to incorporate storm water management based upon the capacity constraints of downstream farm ditches.

Seven Lakes Subdivision
Loveland, CO

Interwest was the project engineer responsible for grading, drainage, streets, and utility design for a 137-acre single-family residential subdivision. This project included constraints with respect to irrigation facilities as well as natural areas within and adjoining the subdivision. Considerations were made with respect to sanitary sewer depth within the site as well as an existing 42” water main owned by the City of Greeley that runs through the site. Assistance was also provided in preparing General Development Plan and Preliminary Development Plan for the project.

Horseshoe Lake
Loveland, CO

Interwest provided engineering design and construction management services for Horseshoe Lake development consisting of 188 single-family residential units surrounded on three sides by Horseshoe Lake. Street and roadway design included approximately three miles of interior streets along with the widening of North Madison Avenue, consisting of 1,100 feet of major arterial, and East 37th Avenue, consisting of 2,900 feet of minor arterial.

Rigden Farm
Fort Collins, CO

Interwest provided design services by for multiple phases of this 308-acre mixed-use commercial and residential development located in southeast Fort Collins, Colorado. Services included Final Construction Plans, Drainage Reports, and Final Plat. As a master-planned community, the design incorporated future infrastructure improvements related to utilities, drainage, and roadways. Significant roadway improvements associated with this site include interior local and collector streets, and other roads adjacent to the project.

Police Services Facilities
Fort Collins, CO

Interwest was responsible for grading, drainage, storm water detention and water quality, utility, and erosion control plans for the city’s new $23 million Police Services Facility Building in Colorado. The project included coordination with adjacent developers, construction plans and reports, and construction observation.

Pioneer Charter School
Fort Collins, CO

Interwest provided design services for Outward Bound Expeditionary Learning (ELOB) Charter School in Colorado. The project is located on a tract of the Rigden Farm First Filing and is bisected by a large drainage channel/detention facility. The project included sustainable design considerations and LEED Certification. The site improvements included the school building, associated parking, a pedestrian bridge, and special onsite features such as an amphitheatre built into the drainage channel.
